Nicely composed and looks a bit IR. Shutter speed for these images is really a matter of taste. Personally I think it is just a tad too long. A faster speed might have allowed a bit more penetration into the water on the LHS. That looks interesting. If you are using a bridge as a leading line then best to have it a bit lower.
