lacks sharpness around the eye. Many modern DSLRs allow you to view the active
focus point when viewing the image either on the back of the camera or when
processing and this can help you understand how best to get your camera to focus
where you need it to. The depth of field has been well handled and we have some good
bokeh from the water in the background which sets the scene. Bright green leaf bottom
right - distraction? Another tight crop, think about subject placement in the frame -
bigger is not always better.
